GOT THAT THERE HILLBILLY SPIRIT

The essence of The Prophets of GenZee can be found in the hearts of anyone who likes a good story and who likes music...and beer (can't forget about the beer). The Prophets have been creating their original blend of Goth Country (think Johnny Cash meets the Cramps) since 2009 in Ottawa Ontario. The story goes that the Prophets began with two curmudgeonly individuals who set out to cover some of their favorite tunes. Three minutes into the first song they realized that covers where not for them. After signing a pact they thought was to the Devil (it was in fact to some dude named Jeb) the Prophets began writing their own material.
